Spencer Management was founded on a simple principle: gratitude in action. Owner and Project Manager Justin Moore honors the people whose guidance, expertise, and support made this company possible by turning their investment in him into opportunity for others.

We specialize in plan reading and infrastructure industry business development, offering practical expertise that helps projects move forward with clarity and confidence. Through Spencer Management CDC, we also provide professional meeting and event space in our restored North Omaha headquarters — a modern, welcoming home for collaboration and community growth.
